This site is operated by Snoothe. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Snoothe. “You” refers to the visitor or customer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing

We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but your screen may render them differently. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.

Orders

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud or a stock issue, and we refund you in full when we do.

Promotions

Offers such as “buy 2, get 1 free” apply while stated and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may end a promotion at any time.

Product use and health disclaimer

The Snoothe brief is a support garment, not a medical device. It does not treat, cure or prevent any condition, including diastasis recti. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a diagnosis. Before wearing a compression garment, ask your doctor if you are recovering from surgery, are pregnant, or have a circulatory, respiratory or skin condition. Stop wearing it and consult a professional if you feel pain, numbness or discomfort.

Testimonials and results

Individual results vary. First-person accounts and quotes in our advertorials are dramatizations written for illustration and are not statements of actual customers unless expressly labeled as a verified customer review.

Intellectual property

All text, images, video and design on this site belong to Snoothe and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
