Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 6 to 10 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 7 to 12 business days.

Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday are processed the next business day. Peak periods such as Black Friday and December can add a few days.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it within 3 business days of your confirmation email, check your spam folder, then email contact@snoothe.com.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately with your order number. Once a package has shipped we cannot change the address, and a package returned to sender for a bad address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us. We open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we reship it or refund you in full at our cost.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. There are no customs duties on US domestic orders.
