Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Snoothe brief. If it is not right for you, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
30-day money-back guarantee
Wear your Snoothe brief. If your stomach has not changed, or the fit is not right, email us at contact@snoothe.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. No conditions and no explanation needed.
How to start a return
- Email contact@snoothe.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 24 to 48 business hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.
- Once the return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Condition of returned items
For hygiene reasons, briefs must come back in a clean, wearable condition. Items returned visibly soiled, damaged beyond normal try-on, or without their packaging may be refused or refunded in part.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, email us and we will tell you the fastest way to swap. In most cases we ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We replace or refund it at our cost, including shipping.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has left the warehouse it can no longer be cancelled, but the 30-day return still applies.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then email contact@snoothe.com and we will follow up.
